Q. There are many free resources and services on the Internet; why do you charge for yours?

A. There are indeed many useful and indispensable resources available to us. Usually these will be funded by the advertising on the website - we don't do this as it can clutter the page and even slow down the website. Web Design Mentors aims to point you in the direction of the best of the resources available to you, having already tested these and found which are the most genuinely useful and thorough. In addition to the website, we include for some hands-on time for your website, however you want this spent - this offers you the best of both worlds - the pride in creating your own website with a little help from the experts.

Q. What do I get for 2 hours of Web Guru time?

A. It can be tricky to pin down just how much time we would spend on, say, creating a template for you to work from - it could be done in an hour, or it could take longer - depending on the complexity of the design that you want. We will always be sure that you are getting value for money.

Q. What's the difference between the Web Guru service and the Webmaster Service?

A. The Web Guru gives you more indepth knowledge and skills to make use of. The Webmaster service takes care of the updating and maintenance of your website for you.
